    Changed MAS, air filter still getting code PO174, and PO171 among others. Fuel filter next?

    Fuel filter is in the tank. It's rarely the issue.

    Beyond vacuum/intake leaks you would need to check fuel pressure next.

    A toyota specific fuel gauge would be needed and you'd check the pressure to the low side and high side feed.

    To check the high side pressure you need a scan tool that can read engine data.

    Did you have the fuel pump recall performed?
