factory installed lift keep

i was looking at a 2025 tacoma VIN 3TMLB5JN6SM088776 listed as being built for a local dealership and found one of the options showing a installed lift kit so i wanted to share..

Cross Model Suspension Kit +2.5" lift$3,400

 

Does it show a part number for this Cross Model Suspension Lift?

 

no. i am waiting for a call back from the dealer to see what the option code they used to order it is.

 

If you google it you will find a few listing's out there for 2025 models coming with it. All look like it is listed towards the bottom with the rest of the port installed options. Wondering if this is a distributor added lift.

 

just came back from the dealer.. it is a port installed option. 3 inch lift in the front. 2 inch lift in the back.. $2400 cost $3400 list

 

get it done cheaper on your own....

I found this on an incoming 2025 off-road.
Toyota of Carlsbad where I got my second truck...
im going to assume that a wheel & tire package along with a aftermarket leveling kit, at that price...
or similar to what is in 3rd Jons video posted above..

You haven't seen a new lifted truck on the dealer lots?
Inexpensive spacer lift from readylift
Toss on some inexpensive methods & some aggressive 285 70 17's
tack-on, 2 arms & a leg to the msrp....
& they get it....

 

That looks like a decent lift from Toyota. I'm considering a 2024 used one, or I might wait to see if they come with a factory lift kit later in 2025

 

Hello, has there been any more information on the Cross Model Suspension Kit +2.5 Lift? Anyone seen it?

 

They had this as an accessory and I've seen one 2024 with it. They put a stop sale on the kit something to do with the factory approved front shock spring compressor assembly equipment safety when i asked about it in October.

 

My dealer is looking into it. There’s a truck at Fremont Toyota with it. I’m sure there’s more, that just happens to be the first one I found.

Pretty sure that is just from a lazy marketing person cutting and pasting the Tundra lift kit info.

 

When you add this kit do they add new axels?

 

Yeah that’s Toyota basically using fear tactic saying hey buy our lift instead of aftermarket lifts because they aren’t compliant with our safety features.
