Is there a formula of rule of thumb to figure how thick of a spacer kit to use? Eyeballing the truck from the side, I'd consider it to need only a minimal amount of lift. It's strictly an aesthetics issue, I just don't like the front slope-downward look and want it to stand level. I don't intend to do anything with the rear. The truck is never used off-road, except once in a while on the beach.

    Thoughts?

You can get a taco lean spacer and I believe a leveling kit.
    5 lug or 6 lug?

    Rule of thumb is, X*2. .. .. X=spacer thickness.

So 1” spacer equals 2” lift.
Or 1/2” spacer is equal to 1” lift.

And you never haul or tow anything either?

Rake is there for a purpose.

Sometimes the formula is common sense.

like a minimum of decent riding 6112 set at your desired height and not putting a brick of metal that does not compress to alter beyond design parameters suspension that by definition is designed to be compressible.

so that would change the front height.

not sure what you mean by it does not off road. These are off road trucks with an on road sacrifice to on road.
And on roads are shitty with irregularities.
Most of these trucks time spent is on the road, where better suspension rides noticeably better.

Rarely haul anything of any significance. Even less likely to tow anything at this point.

Agree. I never figured out why someone would do this unless it's strictly a show truck.
