God damn at least be a bit more appropriate

She was my ex, and we were together for like 8 years.

Thing is, I bought her that car. It wasn't a car I bought myself for her to drive.

I had the Tacoma and the C6 to drive at the time and since she was going to UC Santa Cruz (an hour drive) I had bought her a new car so she had reliable transportation. That and cause I wanted to do something for her.

You're young, but you'll understand that money comes and goes. Same with material things.

I understand money comes and goes... at 20 I had more money cash in hand than a new versa cost... but why would I want a new versa

Some time in the middle of this year between my project truck f150 and my 260k mile bmw i had to use my lambrofeeties

That escalated to me financing a new versa to avoid the risk of calling in again and loosing my job at a dumpster fire company *albeit they paid well*

I've spent this entire year realizing they're only hiring because they have a 100% turnover rate because the place is a dumpster fire which is great to laugh at for 3 months till you realize you're along for the ride as well

I will say... having a rock solid daily that gives no less than 30 mpg is the best thing ever, I found one in standard so no cvt problems for future me

Definitely can say you've matured a lot, and have taken to doing a lot of different stuff.

Good to read about really, I like hearing success stories especially from younger people really getting out there and hustling.

I loved the oilfield last time I was out there but I had no experience and was only getting 18/hr for a bs service company

Now ill be getting in for 31/hr and I'll appreciate the hours because it's my best shot at paying off the car loan asap

The first girl I was with this year pulled a knife on me in bed and I pretend to be into it because that's not how I wanted to die

When I broke up with her she tried to steal all my furniture from the apartment with her mom after I fake left to work than showed back up

The 2nd and last was literally just trying to run away from her family and convinced me we were right for too damn long

    Just stay single

Clearly the experiences you and @04Pre_Runner alone share on here about Texas is enough to stay away from pretty much everyone :bananadead:

The big one, which has two wires, is the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor that connects to the ECU. The little one, with one wire, connects the Dash Temp gauge. That's how it is in the early 100s.

It's funny how life twists and turns can completely change outcomes.

In 2019, when I went to buy a pickup in Little Rock, the Titan I wanted had sold before I could get to the dealer in 2 hours. So, I gave up and found the Tacoma at another dealer on the way home. It was much less money, but the engine replacement project was great fun.

If I had bought a Nissan Frontier or Titan truck, I would most likely be driving a G37X and had Moncef in Houston tune it.

At least I can change the knock sensor without pulling the lower intake manifold. I can snake a 10mm 1/4 drive u-joint head under the intake and get to it.

The sheet metal on my 96 camry was much thicker than my 97 camry.... maybe that's it?
