We have 6 cats now...

...and live in an ancient country house on a dirt road with a coal fired stove.

    I could clean continuously - but I don't.

They all are rescues from over the years.

I had dogs years ago, although I would enjoy one I'm at a point in life I want less responsibility.

Reminds me I got a big day of vacuuming everything and running the steam mop throughout. Most of the basement is that vinyl plank that is a bear to clean. Steam mop makes easy work out of it.

That reminds me. I looked at my Roomba's cleaning history. It's vacuumed 1,518 times for a total of 269,800 square feet in 781 hours.

I do still need to do that to the rug in the living room once in a while because the Roomba doesn't do a great job on it.

Too bad my kid stole said vacuum for his apartment.

If it does, I don't want it!

I don't even want to talk to my phone, and that's supposed to be, like, it's job.

Do those work pretty good? Worth the price?

Pick up a Dyson from Costco when they have a sale.

We took the new daily van to The Club today, brought home a rotisserie chicken for dinner. :hungry:

Nodded off here in the chair and woke up around 8 all confused, I wasn't sure if it was morning or night.

They work pretty well at keeping the Corgi hair from accumulating on the wood floors and the crumbs at bay in the kitchen. It is nice that it can go under all the furniture and just does its thing every morning. As I mentioned earlier, it doesn't do a great job at getting the hair out of the living room rug and I should vacuum that more often than I do.

Roomba bonus - it forces you to keep the house at least somewhat picked up so it can run without attacking dog toys and clothes that don't make it into the laundry basket.

And it REALLY doesn't like lightweight rugs and bathmats.
