they forge it like San Mai with a solid steel core in the center and the copper clad Damascus on the out side. So when you surface grind and flatten the stock you need to make sure you keep the core centered.

2nd time in two different states this has happened. Mice pull the insulation off the firewall and build a nest in the valley under the turbo. Have to pull it out with one of those long grabbers through a few tiny holes. Ugh!!!

Nah, it was clean then. I been parking the truck under the shed on the shop for a few months and with the neighbors field right beside it all grown up, mice are a problem. The cat is too old to be catching them anymore. I do have poison out in the shop. I guess I'll put some under the hood of the truck and tractors.

Ahhh my co-workers... I was welding something in the shop and all of a sudden the welder went crazy. Hmm, did I lose a ground? Adjust. Nope. WTH. Some joker turned the wire feed to 10 when I was originally on 3
