I have original bump stops and stiffer ome front coilovers. Endlinks seem tight enough.

Grab the threaded stud you are pointing to and see if it moves/wiggles freely, then see if the end link/bar going between the threaded studs (one is attached to the sway bar) moves/wiggles easily...
But yeah, if they fall to the floor like that, they are basically shot, or close to it anyway..

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Well, you spent the money and installed. My question is: why didn't you get the original rebuilt (probably under $400), or buy one from a low mileage wreck ($275 or so)?

Kicker tweeter upgrade for my Non-JBL stereo. HUGE difference over stock IMO. The stock paper speakers are pretty trash. I may upgrade the door speakers here soon. An awesome $100 stereo mod if you don't plan on going crazy with your Tacoma tunes. Easy and quick install too.

Good deal. I'll stop worrying about any tiny vibration I may have from suspension lifts. If I'm slowly destroying my driveshaft then it's not the end of the world, new ones are do-able

I'd be more worried about what is on either end of the vibrating driveshaft... But I am funny that way... lol

Installed the Cali Raised console molle panels after I saw the screws that came with the radio mounting bracket. Moved the fire extinguisher from the rear of the truck to the front to make it more readily accessibleIMG-2715.jpg .

i am very interested in this pool noodle idea for the road noise, as it is a bit loud. have seen some people posting about worry about eventually rubbing thru the paint though. is that actually a concern/issue? something to do to prevent it?

Crazy question, why do so many people put fire extinguisher's in the Tacoma's??

I can see with an older vehicle with some janky wiring, or a crappy carburetor or something, but I have been driving for almost 40 years and have never had a fire extinguisher in any vehicle, not even my fun car...

Is it just a better to have and not need it, then to need it and not have it thing, or is it like the mall cruiser with a 6" lift and 37's on it type thing??
I mean, how many Tacoma's are catching on fire everyday??

Or maybe cause so many here are DIYer's and or doing all the add on electrical stuff and don't either trust your own work or buying cheap electrical stuff that might decided to give a warm glow without much notice (or as we say, let the factory smoke out of it)??

Not busting anyone's chops here, just really curious about why...
Let the hate mail begin.... :crapstorm:

for me - I have a bunch of wiring for extra lights, on board air, upgraded radio/amp and sub, and adding a winch, etc. so for me it's an electrical fire peace of mind if just talking the truck - not that i dont trust my own wiring. Also, i go camping a lot with my truck, so good to have one on hand for all around camp safety stuff.

that said, i hear ya - never had to even think about using - knock knock - but rather be safe than sorry kinda thing.

I have two. One in the bed and one in the cab.
I'd rather have it and not use it, then need it and not have it.
