My garage is 10 ft wide by 30 ft deep. Would it be possible to fit 2 small cars, 5 ft wide and 8 ft long, horizontally so that I can then fit a 17ft truck vertically? Problem is that with the cars measuring 5ft wide I would need them to be really close together since the truck is 17ft long. But I'm thinking this is easier said than done since I would only have 2ft to maneuver the cars horizontally and super close to the wall and to each other. They would have to be within inches or each other, and horizontally, otherwise the rear of the 17ft truck won't fit. Has anyone successfully done something similar to this?

I got a set of those and put a 93 Prelude on them - slid that car back into the corner of my garage with minimal effort...
    Like right against the wall
Then I put the ex's other car right next to it, also sideways in the garage

Managed to shove 4 cars into a 3 car garage and still have room for goodies [tool chest, shelves, garage freezer]
2 cars you cannot really get in/out, the other 2 you can easily

Get someone you trust to help guide you while you are moving the cars around
    Otherwise it takes forever
    I know cause I've done it . . .
Move car, get out and check, move car back/forth, get out and check and your an inch closer, do it again, get another inch kinda thing

They work pretty well. It’s a bit of a pain if you can’t set the parking brake and have it in gear so the wheels won’t rotate as the dollies pivot under them. My project has no engine/tranny and the parking brake only works on one rear wheel so I have to strap the dollies to the tires so they don’t get shot out. I’m just rearranging my garage as I type to fit stuff better and this lets me reposition the Rabbit tucked away after I move the shelves behind it.
