Colorado is one of two states that allows for a "transaction broker/realtor", meaning one entity can serve as a 'neutral' realtor for both a buyer and seller. Advantage is that you look up houses yourself, call the listing agent and see if willing to work as a broker, tour the house yourself, arrange for inspections, etc, but at the end of the day there is only ~2-3% rather than traditional 4.5-5+% in realtor fees, which means you can drop the asking price and buyer will still walk away with the same amount in pocket, and that's before you even negotiate on price. Lower sales price can translate to lower taxes going forward.

Still no issues with the 8.75"?

Those seem to be a serious step up from the old 8"s.

Yesterday I saw the first 8.75 failure that I have heard of. Only the locker failed. A customer of mine swapped an 8.75 into his sr5 and had me wire it up to a direct on/off switch. It seems that he inadvertently locked the diff at high speed. The teeth that engage the locker to the spider gears were rapidly removed. This could have happened from high speed use while already locked, but seems unlikely to me. Either way, he drives that truck 50+mph through the whoops, so I can’t say id imagine an 8” surviving it lol

I've also have not seen an 8.75 failure. I was always shocked I never killed mine on the third gen.
