What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

It was suggested to me when I got a R4T high clearance exhaust. I switched to the Magnaflow Overland exhaust instead.

 

There is no reason. They are for looks. 18 wheelers, utility company trucks, EMS, police, etc..YES.

 

Or any person that wants to carry one. This is America.

 

I would think not. I would think that a MT tire would contribute more to road noise than a lift or bigger tires alone. Unless, you are assuming, that bigger tires ALSO means agressive MT treads, in this case, then YES bigger tires would contribute to the noise that you cannot hear anyways since you are a heavy equipment operator. (I'm not triggered. Just helping a brother understand...)

 

....and Canada. We are still allowed to possess fire extinguishers without a license.

 

I've had a pool noddle installed for about 3 years now. It does reduce road noise and when my lab has his head stuck out the back window when we travel for camping I have noticed a drop in the noise as well.

 

Fires everywhere hate you.

I guy I work with refers to his handgun as a "fire extinguisher" - he says it's for emergency use and he hopes to never use it. I guess it fits?

 

Here OSHA will give us a fat fine if we don’t have extinguishers on our equipment. Also have em in the work truck. I put out a car fire a few years back when I happened upon a Volkswagen bug with a loose fuel line. So they’re not unnecessary in my book. Better to have than to not have I guess

At least as of today. Gotta pay multiple high taxes over taxes to buy one though. One of the few things from the good ole 60's that still exists. Don't tell stupid government or they'll be taxed and need multi licenses just before they outlaw them for everyone but "law enforcement".
