You are behind. Good to be busy. I thought you would have had it out and painted/powder coated since our trip out to Ocotillo on Thanksgiving. Still waiting on getting my bed rack welded up. Looking forward to adding your front core support when its available.

Unless I completely misunderstood Jesse told me last week the front coil over mount and crossover were done he just hadn’t put them in the online catalog.

I heard rumors months ago that a collab with 74Weld on a rear axle set-up with ABS was in the works. Did that ever materialize?

Planning out my 2025 stupid choice list and a 74weld steering rack plus a rear axle upgrade are high on my list.. and neither exist right now.

Do you have any info on the rack they said they were working on? Quin said end of 2024 but I have not seen anything even mentioned since the beginning of the year.

I talked to Jesse about it a week or so ago and he said he was still waiting on Quinn. I have some more work being done to my truck in Jan/Feb and Jesse said to hit him up in Jan. They have an engine cross brace as well as a traction bar in the works too.

They're responsive on their Instagram. I pinged them in maybe November and asked where it was at and they said they had re-focused onto getting their Bronco kit out, learned some lessons there and are back working hard on the Tacoma rack. They said they had hoped by end of year but that obviously hasn't happened so maybe soon(TM).

Jesse said it's fine without boots. I have been running mine for about 8 months haven't seen any damage. At 4 months in I did have JD install their Nylon bushing rack kit he said the rack looks good when he had it out. Waiting for Quin to finish up the new Tacoma 74weld rack will be adding as soon as it's available. My plan is to add the new rear axle briefly talked with Jesse on the axle looks like it's near completion. Wanted to add the engine cross brace but not enough room with the Mag SC.

That is exactly what I suspected especially after seeing Quinn praised and claim that the Ranger may be the best platform out there or something to that effect.

Quinn had told me first quarter of 2024 I think for his steering rack. Sounds like at the current rate it will be end of 2025.

I did just get the JD Steering kit and a new OEM rack (some online OEM parts stores had good deals), just need a few days to throw the JD bushings in, the new rack, and the Howe goodies.

Anyone got a ball park on how long the Howe setup took for install? I'm going to have some custom lines crimped as the ones JD send are absolutely trash.

For those that have installed the Howe pump, did you have issues or interference with your hard coolant lines? I’m having issues with the lines going from the thermostat and water bypass to the oil cooler.

    Cheers

So... PS pump is making noises and is about to leave the chat.
Looking at the JD/Howe setup and probably purchasing this week.

Any downsides or anything you don't love?

Seems like PS is the current subject for purchases. Would be nice if we could get JD to do a Howe PS Pump group buy
