it's not going to be a fuse. that's a mechanical buzzing-- if it was electrical, it would be more consistent in it's noise and rate. i support the potential bearing noise. this has a the noise of a rotating assembly spinning up/down.

given the location, it could also be a heat shield vibrating as well. i've had a few like that too. that would need to looked at from underneath the vehicle--just put a finger on the heat shields near the back of the motor from underneath while it's rattling. just the added mass of the finger will cause it to stop if it's rattling. but they like to rattle the most at idle, same as a bearing, and tend to go away when revved up..

Great!! And saved you about $49,982 for your efforts, though the $50k option does come with new tires.

Really; congrats. and thanks for letting us know what you found. Can't tell you how many times TW has assisted me with finding problems.

I once had a snow blower that I had to fix an ignition problem on. After the fix, when testing, that thing worked great for about 5 minutes and then would stall. Would sometimes restart but was weak. Checked the fuel level and it was fine, then started up again and ran fantastic for another 5 minutes. I took that thing apart several times, looking for if the fuel line was getting hot and vapor locking, and looking for a bad coil that was heating up and dying? At some point my wife's voice echoed in my head. You see the snowblower belonged to my Father in law, and the gas cap had a few chew marks on it from a squirrel or something, and She noticed, then asked if I was also replacing the gas cap. Didn't plan on it, it still functions proper; but she frowned. Instead of seeming like I was being cheap with taking care of the in-laws, I ordered a new gas cap. Ends up that the vent hole in the NEW Gas Cap was sealed!!! Poked a drill bit through it, and the machine ran like a champ. SnowBlower-World, might have saved me some frustration.

Reviving…odd. I’ve had this noise for a while (sounds exactly the same - near the fuse box and just a rattly plastic noise…) I changed the PCV as part of other maintenance and that didn’t change the noise at all for me. Oh well. It’s a harmless one.
