Getting what I can out of it. No trails this year. It’s been a crazy year. Doing a lot of traveling with the Mrs. Hopefully I can get sliders on it and get out this coming year.

Few pages back discussing DTF kits on 16’ up, not the same but mine is an 03’ with his race kit and the front is strapped just shy of advertised 18”,was setup to cycle about same as rear but I’ve yet to cycle it myself. With leaf packs out back I feel front out performs rear. That said my rear needs a revalve bad, whole truck does. But she is fun and just put a new to me diff in w/ 5.29s and trutrac style so ready rip again.

I've been running the stock replacement ARPs for years with no issues. I always suggest them to my customers who ask.

It's hard for me to compete with such a large shop considering I'm a one man band and I don't laser cut in house.

I guess my only selling point is you dont have to cut anything on the frame and I do a lot of TIG welding on my kits

I really worked the geometry on this kit and because of that I've never had a steering rack or wheel bearing issues. My buddies truck has over 3k miles of baja pre-running and still running has stock rack from 2007

Yes 18" of usable travel. That's with ground clearance at full bump too.

I cycle a little over 19" before limiting

Minimal meaning pinch weld, body mount, and a "window" for the strike pad to go an inch past the wheel well sheet metal.

Not trying to take anything away from you and your awesome work and I've seen your product absolutely shredding the dez and dunes. I looked long and hard at your kit also....then LSK went and had a 20% off sale and that sealed the deal for me.

Any dcsb guys with the dmz kit have any issues with the preliminary measurements for spring hangers? Pretty much going to cycle everything without the bed/glass on so hopefully wheel will still be centered in wheel well.

Itching to burn these hanger in solid but going to wait until cycling.

These leaf packs are #shit ton of unsprung weight
