Well she basically had me sign an agreement and then had not done jack shit. So the house I texted her about 3 days is now under contract and I’m feeling some sort of way about it

 

I'd keep her.

 

I’d laugh if 3 of the 4 homes I’ve shown her have gone under contact without her helping me pursue any of them. Once I signed the buyers agreement, which is now required by law, she backed off the gas pedal. Now if I end up using another realtor before January 5th she’s entitled to 3% of the sales price. As if house buying isn’t challenging enough right now.

 

FP&L was really good about that stuff - I used to make them trim the eureka palms behind my house, because overhead power lines

i live way out in the sticks
power used to never go out, like 1 every 3 years or so
then those fuckers got stupid cheap and stopped paying the contractors to actually clear the trees around the lines
so my power goes out like every 3 months!!

thank jeebus i got a generator that runs most of the house
and shit, because i use it so often, i don't need to even put fuel stabilizer in it
