fog lights

    ARB bumper 3 inch oldman emu lift piaa fog lights
    i have piaa H3 fog lights and both the bulbs are out and replacements are $60 so how can i tell if its the bulbs burning out or a short or something like that before i buy new bulbs

    To check if the light bulb are out take the bulb out and there should be two prongs on the light bulb get a voltage testerand put the prongs of the voltage tester on the prongs of the light bulb and test for continuity.
