It's a very small market of homes for sale right now. Most have low rate mortgages or paid off homes. Not many are willing to up and move. A lot of the homes for sale are flips, new construction, unsellable ugly ducklings (location, floor plans, ect), or are on the market due to death, job relocation, ect.

Take it as a sign. If it was meant to be the contract will go through. Every time I've shopped for a house I've found it myself online and then worked with a realtor to close the deal. You'll know if the house is right when you first walk in.
