I used 8 boxes yesterday. We bought a whole pallet from Home Depot. Did our bedroom, closet, Cole’s room and the hallway. Got Sadie’s room left and have 9 boxes left.

I didn’t measure any of it, just a guess on getting a whole pallet

funny how fast the year goes...

my dad has a long term rental property that the local city has come down on hard due to far too many slum lords in same town, and a city budget gap that normal fees aren't covering... at the beginning of this year, he got his annual inspection done early so "he'd have time to fix any issues". turned out they found mold in the basement, and half of it needed to be gutted and abated.

so currently my projects are on hold, and i'm trying to help him get it moved along, as neither of us have the free time we used to. and he needs to be re-inspected before the new year. unfortunately, he's not going to make it, which leads to more stress. it's not like he can just call and ask what the city is going to do about it...

 

Well the address came from Maryland then went to PA then to seattle

 

This is the offending part i broke...the bearing was froze to the wheel on the shaft. Barely tapped on it and this part broke. I considered making one of hardwood but the hole is 15mm

 

It's not too bad when the package still appears on the system.
After staying at the same location for ten days (according to the tracking record), I called the shipping company to find the answer of my package, I then was told I need to file a claim before they can start the investigation.
Speechless!!!!

I'm seriously spoiled around here with my flooring. Pulled back the carpet before moving in and jackpot!



Now, it all really needs refinished as the finish is old and thin. In the meantime I have rugs everywhere

 

Well at least it's moving. FedEx in my area lost lots of people and are soooo far behind they are bringing in people from across the States. The gal who delivered here on Friday was from Flint MI a ND running rural routes.
FedEx has a bad record in our area of never being on time or keeping driver's.

I can’t imagine covering beautiful floors with carpet. I can’t stand carpet, I don’t even like it in my truck.

 

It's what they did in the 70's. I can tell that's when they did it as there was remnants of that awesome green color that was popular in that time
