that's the cheap way. I normally go for the easy way.

I hook them both up to a router/switch and then put them in the same workgroup and share the desired files. Then I go to "My Network Places" and click on "View Workgroup Computers" on the side.

If you have broadband (DSL, Cable) then a router would be best anyway. Both share the internet, files, and printers. Just need a router and a couple Cat5 cables to connect each PC to the router, and 1 more to the DSL/cable modem if you have one (and it doesn't have more than 1 port to plug a PC into). Can also do a wireless router so the 2 PCs don't have to be in the same room or even floor.

Gotcha! I have the network cable. Can I just plug the cable into both computers and get info from one to the other? Or am I oversimplifying it?

Hey, Copper! Wifey just said its a good thing Im cute. She took the cups off the computers. :(

Tougher part was getting it dirty. The nozzles on the spray bottles kept getting clogged.

Next time you're near the shop you should have them flip that light bar over. It would look like the truck is smiling. :D

It's more appropriate as a frown since it never sees offroad use. :(
