    however ~

    after 26 months on my current client job we are nearing the finish line .They asked us to stay on to get a garage / studio building to lock up before we depart the scene of the crime so I'm there another couple months , BUT ... the house is done and has occupancy sign off from the Building Department which means I got my holdback , which means I ordered my big stationary tools for the shop which are supposed to be delivered week before Santa's birthday so stay tuned to this channel for more exciting progress as I have no client work lined up to follow this job yet so it may be another fairly full time stint fitting out the inside of the shop
