Safe to say a final version is in the pipeline. Mine is definitely more of a one off compared to what will be sold. Nick's first gen Tacoma will be getting a more finalized version of what will be sold.

Definitely not forgotten! I volunteered my truck for the project specifically for that. Trying to keep this generation for truck alive as long as I can.

    Thanks Monte!

Stock location. No fuel cell yet. That's for the next build when I don't have to care about rules or laws and I can just build what I want without hinderance.

Thank you guys! Super stoked on the end result! I'll do a more detailed update later on once I have some free time.

Any shock tuning planned? Could use more compression up front and looked a bit stiff out back. Came out good - I like the video!

Yep. Going to drive it for awhile first before I valve it again and start tuning the suspension. Bypasses up front are a consideration now to help the front end work better and be more flexible with tuning.

I wasn't pushing super hard for the video because I didn't know what to expect. That also being said, the bed sided need to be trimmed more to clearance the tires at full bump so I wasn't trying to destroy the bed either.

Over on BadLinesGoodTimes, a lot of guys are doing a single internal bypass up front (and sometimes out back too) - could be something to consider. I'd like to get rid of my CO/ Bypass combo for a pair of internall bypass on my rig - it's much easier to change starter and service brake lines etc.

It's been considered as well. Fox only makes as short a 10" IBP, so new upper shock mount up front wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if I had to go that way. I'll be talking with my guy at Fox when I'm at KoH this year and seeing what he recommends. I'm all for the smaller shock packages, but I'll not making any decisions quite yet.

    Looks bad ass man.

I was cringing a tad watching him weld and not covering up your shocks and shock shafts though. Hopefully fine though. Little aluminum foil is all it needs.

You and me both. Haha. I went outside and jacked up the truck to full droop and they're good. No pitting or anything.
