    One thing I’ve learned in the past decade is that everything is negotiable. Especially PTO. And if salary negotiations are a little lower then what I really want I negotiate for more PTO :D

    Give me 6 weeks of PTO and I’m going to use every bit of it each year. No rolling over time for me.
