Fuck.

 

Oof. I use the food processor a lot more than my grater and mandoline. I beat the snot out if my hand on the box grated with parmesan i think, and then the mandoline got like 0.001mm of skin on a close shave and I just counted my lucky stars and threw it right in the trash (it was a decent but also cheap one, not a fancy one).

I'm not a Michelin star chef. I'm not ashamed that my food processor does a lot of work.




This is how my in-laws have one recipe saved.

I smeared a little anchovy paste on the dough before I topped the pizza. Holy shit. Why didn't I think of that sooner?

 

Yearly apple pie tradition. Kids made pumpkin pie.

 

Anchovies are a staple in our house. My son can't get enough of them.

Tomorrow's dinner, because my son never want something he'll be eating sandwiches of for the next week.

Pork belly (hopefully crispy skinned), smoked white beans, roasted root veggies (onion, fennel, carrot, garlic) and gremolatta sauce.
