It sounds like the answer provided here is too advanced for your capabilities. Also if you don’t own an obd scan tool with recording abilities you won’t be able to do it.

What you can try is disconnecting the battery which causes the ecu to relearn.

Are you using an oiled air filter?

MAF can be checked with a basic scan tool by using the "% calc load" reading in "LIVE DATA" by finding a safe test track, accelerate up a slight grade at full open throttle, pedal to the floor, and it should read over 90% , mine reads about 94% so I figure it is good ..
MAF sensor has nothing to do with voltage reading
a typical shunt voltage regulator will show fluctuating voltage typically lower volts at high RPM as it dumps excess to ground , a true Mosfet regulator will show a steady 14.5v at every RPM ( dont see them used very often because they cost more)

Again this is normal. The alternator is run off the serpentine belt so when the engine is running at higher rpms then the alternator is charging more rapidly. Thus the higher voltage being displayed.

Normal stock charging voltage for 2nd gens is 13.2 to around 14.5, it's temperature compensated so hotter temps = lower charging voltage, colder temps = higher charging voltage.

As long as it doesn't drop below 13 or go above 15 with the engine running it's fine.
