Look on the bright side:
Prolonged cold (like in the single digits and teens) kills a lot of overwintering pests.
The colder it is now, the longer it will take for ticks to become a problem next Summer

I literally just had a follow up with my doctor a few weeks ago and was like well if I can not get it for ideally a year then I can get the vaccination

Except that it came back yesterday like fucking clockwork.... Fun fun
