    :fingerscrossed:
Nice! You’ll have my order in a couple days, 2nd gen Y with 3” mid-pipe, waiting on the 3 inch full system. One question though, I really can’t stand the raspy nasty noise the truck makes. Any chance you’ll make a 3 inch system with a (few?) vibrant ultra-quiet resonators to keep it quiet? I suppose I’m looking for the best of both worlds, super high flow 3 inch full system that is nearly stock quite

I would hold off on the mid if you plan to do it all at once. I’ve gotten some fitment issue feedback on the 3” mids depending on system. Actually probably pulling the 3” from the website.

Both of these exhausts go direct to the y pipe and eliminate a midpipe all together.

Vibrant ultra quiet resonator is in fact part of what I’m doing!! Along with a nice vibrant street power muffler. All top notch stuff!

I have the 3" mid with bung for my AFR sensor but haven't installed it yet. If I was wanting to go with your exhaust setup, does that mean I'll need to re-plan on where to place the AFR sensor?

Ok, that sounds good too. All I would need is a bung for my wideband in the location where a mid pipe would be. What timeframe are you planning for release? It might be better for me to wait and buy everything together.

I’m a couple months out from installing a new exhaust, so I’ll definitely wait for this new option!

There would be no issue with putting a bung in the exhaust, same location!

As soon as the material arrives we plan to begin building the first prototype’s. Realistically we want everything dropped before February. O2 bung will definitely be an option! If you wanted the prototype, that would be an even quicker option.

Sounds good! I will be sure to keep this updated.

The Mrs. And I made some changes on the website this morning. 3rd gen y pricing is active, just not ready to order.

I also made the decision to remove the 3” mid pipe from the 2nd gen. I just don’t want anybody to have fitment issues.

I hope everyone has a great Holiday!

Alright guys. Looking for some input.

When it comes to full exhaust would you prefer dumping before the axle, behind the axle or like factory?

I know lots of guys with aftermarket suspension usually have to cut a section of tail pipe off. But I’m trying to cater to everyone. Maybe I will just have to do options for all of the above?

Can you make it end before the axle and have connectable options for: turn down right before axle, after axle, normal side exit?

like this, but before the axle

I’m a street guy, so I definitely need a side exit behind the axle like stock; however, @BEAR_KNIFE_FIGHT made a good point, if you could section it so either/or is possible it probably wouldn’t add a whole lot to production cost, and after initial time cost spent in design, you’d probably end up with a more profitable product while making the most amount of people happy (lol but what do I know, I’m just a Mo head like everyone else! :homer:)

Right now that’s kind of the idea to make it a modular type design. It will add some time in development as I will likely be placing extra orders etc. However if it can suite all I feel it would be pretty marketable.

I think having a consistent "end" is appealing -- that way people can use any of your modules or roll their own if they have something particular they want to do [bed-side exit, etc]

Had mine cut just past the rear of the axle leaving room for the auxiliary fuel tank. I had them weld on my old TRD chrome tip didn't see a reason to trash it. There is more room between the tip and the tank then what appears. I did wrap some heat protection around my strap as a precaution the strap sometimes would rest touching the tip. I like the modular idea options.

The account I order mufflers and whatnot from is very fast. The account I order tube from, well not so much. That stuff still hasn’t even shipped.
