    Hey Chicagoland Members,

I'm looking for a sway bar for my 2006 TRD OR.

I could use the brackets, bushings, and bolts as well.

    Thanks

there used to be a pile of sway bars in STL from mod days but im guessing they are all in a dumpster by now unless @CygnusX191 has them stored in his living room

Spotted this in Gurnee area the other day. What a long, strange trip it's been. Nice.

IMG_5933.jpgHey! Seeing if anyone in the Chicago area has any 3gen oem shocks that I can borrow or buy. Got a broken spring and it’s time that I should send these to fox for a rebuild. I just need something to throw in there while the truck stays parked on the street. DM me if you guys can help. Yes I should have never sold my old ones. Also if you know anyone doing rebuilds in the area.

Feel your pain-wish I could help. I think I still have my OEM OR shocks, but its a LONG ways up here. I just lived that pain-cost me some new Locked Offroad rear shocks because I had got rid of my OR ones...

I've got a set from my 2nd gen sport you can have.
If you can set up a TW Express maybe with @OldSchlPunk and @wi_taco they are yours.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
@JOHNNYPICKLES, I could get them to at least @wi_taco, (possibly further?) he works in the north suburbs. Let us know if we can work this out.

@JOHNNYPICKLES if the offerings above don't tickle your pickle I did a quick search and found some things local. Let us know.

2023 take-offs with 100 miles on them in Burbank: Fox 2.0 coilovers if you don't want to wait for a rebuild in Wonder Lake: 2022 take-offs with 5K in Joliet: There are others but these seem like best options at a glance.

I have these to offer but I'm in E.C.

If TW express doesn't pan out, shipping wouldn't be much?
I sent a pair of 1st gen cv's to SoCal for $100, for example.

John I have these, same as @bkhlrTaco's TRD Off Road stock Bilsteins. They have about 40k miles on them. Free if you want them. I'm on the south side of Milwaukee.

Where do you guys take your trucks for servicing? My 2016 just turned 80,000 and the maintenance light came on. I used to go to Autonation Toyota in Libertyville.

    My driveway :D

In all honesty though, one of the best things you can do when you get your service recommendations is to post them in here without saying yes to any of them. People in here can then give you their opinions and experiences on the various Services plus what they paid and you can see if you're getting ripped off or not

Maintenance is mostly just fluid changes or other stuff that’s easy to DIY like @CygnusX191 said.
