Do you have technical details explaining what happened? I think I saw something on video but didn't check any threads.

I also have some work to do this weekend. I'm hoping two full days should be enough to finish it. The hard part is going to be getting my garage warm enough for the paint to stick because my welds definitely need a couple layers of paint.

What is the weight rating and travel for your rear suspension? I'm looking for the upgrade of my Deavers III stage to support camper and provide long travel.

My Deaver leaf springs are PART #86450-HD from Total Chaos with the Dirt King shackle and hanger kit w/ crossbar. The shocks I was running on the truck last year were bumped/strapped at 8 inches so it wasn't using all of the leaf springs travel. I'll measure the travel on this set up when I get it buttoned up this week. With no shock the springs will cycle around 15 inches before the hangers are maxed out and the pinion angle starts to concern me.

Total Chaos and Archive Garage offer shock mounting solutions that dont require cutting into the bed which I'm assuming is a priority for you to keep the camper weather sealed. Dirt King sells a bed cage that allows you to run larger bypasses but you'll need to cut two large holes in your bed and you'll have that huge cage inside the camper with you.

Greetings guys, my yonke has changed a bit in this last year. Just finished up the NWF EcoCrawler doubler set up. Purchased a winch but I don’t think I’ll have the time to put together the bumpers.
Will be working on the beautification tonight

Thats what I saved in my radio from the last couple years but I'll differ to Matt for comms. I also have a rugged radio if anyones on that system.

I'm interested to see how you like that doubler!

thanks, bed cage is not an option, I need a flat floor, but I can cut inside the wheel wells and provide water seal caps, I have a lot of space under the sleeping bench and can lift a water tank on the other side.

Alcan may be a better way for you to go. They will make a custom set based on your weights and specs.

A geology nerd from my climbing group mentioned this when I told him I was going to Johnson Valley. I guess one of the largest landslides in North America occurred on the other side of the highway.

A little bit of progress. I'm not losing hope to finish front end before the event but still waiting for 5.29 shipment.
