You're going to get quite a varied response but for me, every 5k or 6mo whichever hits first. No exceptions.

My truck has 194,000 on it, and they have been changed 3 times in that time. Oil changes (always a new filter) at around 6-7K.

5k oil or once a year for me. I’ve sent off a sample to to blackstone and got a clean bill so I just keep doing that.

Plugs are a different story, far longer. From the service records on my truck the last set before I changed them was almost 100k miles old. Wouldn’t go that long I think 50k is the next time I’ll do it.

If it's running fine, I wouldn't worry about them. I know I've changed them at some point in the last few years which is good enough for me. If you have not changed them yet, go for it.

(facepalm) Is this for real? Or are you pranking us? It's not even Friday.

I got fired for telling someone the truth about how often they need to change spark plugs. Back in the day when cars had points, they recommended plugs be changed every 18K miles. Plugs are a lot better and last a lot longer now. You might want to consult an owners manual, but I've run plugs for 200K and sold the vehicle running well with them still in it.
