    i love the suspension. takes standard road bumps and speed bumps like a pro. no more cab roll, basically made everything less aggressive and smooth, which is exactly what i wanted from the stock sport suspension

    We've got to get kitty litter...so we will be up in northern Dover first...stopping by Home Goods to pick up drawer organizer.

    Then the usual grocery list shopping.

    Kids are packing up and going back to their homes today...we will be cleaning the house & putting away Christmas decorations tomorrow along w/meal-prep.

    Not busy at all!

    Gotta have a clean house going into the new year--wife has always relayed that message to me. lol

    Wrapped up the last of the family social obligations which began on Christmas Eve. I've driven into Phila twice to take family members home that don't drive. Also traveled twice from Delaware Co to York Co to visit folks on the other side of the family. I'll need the remaining days of 2024 to recover.

    Just completed meal-prep for this workweek.

    I chopped: onions, potatoes, spinach
    Pressed garlic
    Took stems off of kale

    Wife prepped me Lasagna Soup and she has potatoe/kale/bean soup.

    I'm getting home made meals that focus more on veggies and different kinds of protein.

    Trying to improve my Liver numbers to healthier levels.
