used this bad boy in Alaska to hunt big game, did a lot more hiking than shooting so you can see the stock has some places where the cerakote was worn down. Probably has like 45 rounds total through it! Would be willing to trade for a BD 30” S8 and I’ll add some cash

 

Anyone have a Ruger 22/45 SSH (Silencer Shop 3" version) they would be interested in trading/selling?

I figured you might be the guy to already have one. lol I have my 502T.. and its nice and all.. but I'm itching for something a little more 22 Can friendly. It runs suppressed fine.. and has a decent capacity.. but just looks off with a 22 Can. lol

Did you replace it with something else? Regret getting rid of it?

 

I do have a 10/22 that I finally got to test my 22 can on last weekend. I have been tempted by the Mark IV before though. Thanks for bringing it back to my attention, haha.

I was actually looking at parts for a 10/22 build today.. kinda on that train now too. ultimately want a Deep Six chassis to tuck a Can on a shorter barrel.

 

Noice! Mine isn't that high speed, ha. It was initially all black, Magpul Hunter stock, Brownells receiver, TacSol barrel and then all the usual internal upgrades. I don't recommend the Brownells receiver anymore though. The metal is too soft and the charge handle base will eat away at it and cause bolt issues.

I just painted the stock yesterday in a matte chili pepper red to be a little obnoxious, ha.

 

this is good info! I was actually looking at the Brownells one to start a build with. Maybe I'll start with a Tactical Innovations left hand charge receiver instead. Was either going to piece it together or get a Ruger charger to start with.

 

Gunbroker is your friend too. Especially if you want to pick and chose your parts at will. I just snagged a stripped OEM receiver for about $90.

 

Sold it in 2012 when I moved to Europe. The 3” barrel is no longer in production and the shortest TacSol makes now is 4.5”. I do regret selling it but oh well.

Do it! I have the 22/45 4.5inch and I love it. Also have a P322 which is fun with the can too. Can never go wrong with silenced 22's
