I got a sticker and some cool valve stem caps...
If u can't feel or hear a leak then just send it. The flange itself is not the seal point.

The flange of the y pipe should sit inside the cat back pipe. Mines a little more snug, but I really had to play with the hangers to get everything lined up before tightening the 2 bolts down.

Thanks for the response and the photos! The thing is I didn’t have to fiddle with anything to get it lined up. After attaching all the hangers the cat back pipe lined up perfectly and slid over the y pipe flange easily. It just looks like the flange on the cat back pipe wasn’t welded on straight or is bent. I did the old soapy water test and there doesn’t seem to be an exhaust leak. But for the price of this exhaust I feel like it should fit better. So I’m going to reach out to Toyota to see if they agree and see if they will replace it.

Well Toyota agreed with me that the exhaust fitment was not correct. So they sent me a new exhaust(pictures below). It’s still not perfect but a much tighter fit than the original one I installed. My best guess is that the flange on the first exhaust was not welded on properly which is why it wouldn’t snug up properly with the y pipe flange.
