I have the same Joying head unit, it is possible to get the rear view camera to work on the Joying headunit, I did it on mine it's both on the mirror and the head unit.

Do you have a writeup or a resource to check in order to do this properly? I have a Wolfbox so I don't need to have it in both. I just want it to show up on the Joying.

Narrowed down a rattle/vibration. It's been driving me nuts and has progressively gotten worse. It's coming from the driver floor pan. About here:

There is a hollow channel that runs down the side of the cab outside of the frame that has some rubber plugs in it:

It folds up around some other panel inside and I believe is spot welded in places maybe? You can kind of see the dark line inside where it meets together. I scoped it and there are some rusted areas where these meet inside this channel

If anyone has a rattle/popping coming from this area you might check here.

Does anyone know what the names of the panels in this area are called? Short of the rocker. Or is this part of the rocker panel or floor panel? I'm guessing I'll have to take it to a body shop to get this one taken care of. Bit beyond my knowledge.

How about what I didn't do... ditch lights stolen, led bar stolen, softopper sliced open, windshield cracked, body panels beat to hell.

    Asheville vacation turned into hell.

If anyone has replacements for these let me know.

Asheville NC? If so, then Asheville NC has turned into a complete shit hole. I'll drive through it, but I will not stop for shit.

That's awful man. I lived in Asheville for 14 years and moved away from there 14 years ago this month. I've heard it's a much different place now. Sorry to hear about this.

Ran the new headlight wiring harness and installed the German 90/55 lights. I had been thinking about all the HID et cetera and the cost was so high this modification provides tons of light way more than standard so happy I didn’t have to spend $1000 to do it. The whole kit with the lights appears to be about 200 but the guy I bought it from on craigslist sold me the set up for $50

I got a full front end refresh coming up. Wish i had a garage. I dont do well in cold weather anymore too much damn titanium in my body.
Anywho I have new tie rods, dirt king lcas, just ordered jba uca, bump stops front and back, as for the rear new leaf springs and a new catback exhaust. Waiting for warmer weather. And I'm 8miles shy of 80k miles

This is the resource I use to create a wire from the Rear view camera into Joying Headunit.

Good Lord…. I’m very sorry to see that happened to your truck. Super Lame. Thieves & Liars… The worst kind of people.
I hope your insurance company will help you fix the truck up.

How long was your truck parked unattended?

cut the hoop off my bumper today. Felt the hoop gave it too aggressive of a look without any other armor.

Succumbed to some ideas I've had floating around my head for awhile..

Pretty rough preliminary cut to fit the baja s1. Overall it came out how I envisioned. Alot of work to retrofit the 3rd gen mirrors onto the door panel, wire up the power mirrors, defroster and sequential turn signals plus the s1 wiring. 20250101_120456.jpg 20250101_120501.jpg 20250101_120516.jpg
