Would definitely remove them at the trailhead, though.

Rock sliders on the truck if you’re wishing to not have to take off your rock sliders. And in those extreme times where you’re actually really offroading, they’re only held on by two bolts that can be taken off in under five minutes for all four.

I see you fixed the flag. It’s not about the stars closer to the heart, it should be oriented so the stars (the side that is mounted to the mast/pole) is into the wind. Otherwise it looks like you are in retreat.

I will admit, upon application I had Chris crossed it in my head and something that somebody else had said, made me pause and stare at it a second. I will always admit my faults. As a short explanation in Laymans terms, we always use the statement of unions go closest to the heart as a way to remember how the flags were applied (never giving more thought about the motion forward but just in application)
and overtime I forgot the main statement of union charging forward as the official word goes……..
But the truck does go in reverse, so now what?:rofl::rofl::thumbsup:

My local dealer now has three MAX models on the lot. It looks like the pipeline has finally been unclogged.

Shouldn't the stars be oriented towards the front of the truck? That way the stars would be displayed towards the front (direction of travel).

They are now, in my original photo. I had got it confused and put them on backwards

I wonder why that's taking so long at this point.

8 weeks for transport to FL? Your truck will go through Port of Jacksonville. I thought I was bad with 6 weeks to the NY.

It will show up at the end of February and they will call you 2 weeks later telling you not to worry about the 200 miles already on it.

Plan on 6 weeks from build date and you should be good.

I’m living in Tucson now so the delivery time shouldn’t be as bad and I don’t have to deal with any of the South East Toyota BS.

So about a month ago I drove an SR extra cab 4WD 6 foot box and was impressed. Same dealer called and said they got an SR 4 door 4WD 5 foot box in come and drive it. I did yesterday. It drove and rode 100% the same.

It was $800 out the door more than the extra cab. But it had alloy wheels instead of steelies.
I actually liked the extra cab better. I have no need for back seats in a truck. Both trucks are the same overall length.

Gonna think on this for a bit,,,

There's was an XC 4x4 listed for a little over 30k I belive I only saw that exact price on carsdotcom. Pretty sure it's a NC dealer, and I'm very skeptical that they would sell at that price.

It's listed as 4WD and shows a picture of a 4x4 XC and listed on the dealer site for TSRP for around 36k. I'm with you I think it's post wrong on the cars site.
