I can’t imagine there were many more made than sold. There are certainly vehicles used in auto shows, press events, etc.

I’m not sure how Toyota Corp counts a sold unit. Sold to their distributors or sold to an end user.

oh another point of possible interest. back in the mid 2000's if you sold a brand new Honda; Honda would sent the dealer 2 to add to inventory so if you were a higher volume dealership you got first choice of "better"( more desirable) colors, and trim levels, if you were the highest volume dealership in your area and consistently selling them they would bump the 2 to 3. know Mazda, and Toyota did similar at the time programs as I had friends at those dealerships.

When have we seen a PRO MSRP at nearly $70,000? Never until 2024. Makes a huge difference. That and those cherished seats. Lol

Toyotas sales don't affect my life.
Not sure why everyone is so worked up about who is right and who is wrong.

Same can be said for loaded TRD ORs though. Loaded 3rd gen $45k, loaded 4th gen $55k. But I agree at $70k I’d be looking at low mileage F150 Raptors etc.

    f**k them seats
