    I mean it's wired how it drew above, taking a picture wouldn't be very clear and it's out at work so

    Just fixed my alignment issues after wheeling it pretty hard last summer. Drive side rear most cam tab had been mushed by the cam. Bent it back and reinforced with some 1/4” key stock. Did a rough alignment with an angle finder. Adjusted caster by just maxing out the rear cam outward and front cams inward. Wanted all the caster I can get to keep the 35s out of the firewall. Seems to be within spec. Toe is wack. I have it set pretty good but my steering wheel is clocked around 45 degrees counterclockwise. Driver OTRE is showing a lot less threads than passenger.

    I’m thinking after a hard hit I took on the passenger side directly into a boulder, the rack jumped a tooth or two to the driver side. Anyone ever heard of such a thing? Rack has a good bit of rotational play but no leakage and really no side to side play. The truck drives surprisingly well down the interstate. A clocked steering wheel doesn’t bother me really. Just curious if anyone has had similar situation or input. I’m fine with a crooked steering wheel. Hesitant about taking it to my alignment guys. They are good at their craft, but like to have parts in pristine condition, I.e. no hard miles/wear. So I feel they will deny aligning it again.

    :rofl:

    I got Theo in the room, but yeah we're watching it on and off while she watches it in the living room

    Think I told you about what he does - it's full contact wearing medieval armor and there are a lot of rules even surrounding the armor itself

    Whenever we'd hit the gym together, we'd have to find people to sprawl with (since he's more MMA and I'm more just kick boxing). Him being a lot taller than me just gives him a lot of reach :rofl::bananadead:

    He'll be competing next after this current round.

    Spent pretty much all day just screwing with all the little things. The axle itself was in in no time. Parking brake cable and brake bleeding was just giving me a hell of a time all day I swear.
    Wiring went super smooth though, and the locker seems to be working perfectly, at least while on stands

    Great to hear!

    Yeah I had some trouble just threading on brake lines on a Yota only to find out from Zane that they cover their shit from the factory with this clear shit that you gotta wire brush off first. After doing that, things finally went together.

    @time623

    Did you end up with a similar parking brake between both axles? I see different variations even on the same model year

    So I tried using mine since it’s like 3 months old, but mine was on top of the axle and over the leafs. This axle is setup to run the brake cable behind the axle, and under the leafs. The arms on the drum that accept the cable are actually rotated 90d backwards to take the cable from the back instead of top. It was really close to working, and most the mounts are there, but I just couldn’t get the spacing right. My drum parking brake arm things sit like 1/2” further from the drum on my axle, so the cable I guess is an inch longer to span the distance. It also would’ve interfered with the drivers shock.
    Luckily he sent me home with the cable that came with this axle, so I just swapped that over and hooked it up

    I think it could be made to work, biggest issue would probably be clearing the drivers shock since it’s on the back of the axle. I know those cable arms have a screw to adjust their resting height, but I don’t understand drum brakes enough to start screwing around with tightening that, while loosening the star screw and all that. Maybe would’ve tried if I didn’t have the correct cable sitting next to me

    I don't think we need to worry about this problem.
