    It is not blocking the sidewalk tho - at best it is a mild obstruction, plenty of room to walk around it/roll a wheelchair around it/etc. . .


    You live in the bay area so I get that you need a vehicle that 'fits'
    But most of America is not a cramped craphole
    The parking lot in question is ample and large
    Park wherever


    Maybe pedestrians should watch where they are walking instead of being balls deep in their phone . . .

    I am nearly 100% sure it is totally legal to jump in front of moving traffic here because people do it all the time and expect you to stop.

    The one I mentioned does have his business logo on it but not in huge lettering either, pretty sure has the Youtube logo on it as well.

    Perfect world people don't jut out into the sidewalk even a bit, but no way I'm arguing that last sentence either regardless of the parking job.

    My dad said to me as a little kid "even if you do have the right of way, do you want to find out the hard way that someone wasn't paying attention and end up dead or crippled?" Nuff said.
