I actually meant to say larch instead of birch, but I agree either way. Our guy is showing up with good loads so I've got no complaints.

Yup… it’s currently 74º
We get that sleet/freezing rain that sticks on all yer windows a couple times a year and I’m not patient enough to wait for it all to melt off. The new truck has that auto temperature, so I can finally use the remote start to solve that. There is never a full day of below freezing weather.

Has anyone heard of the gun manufacturer Canik ?


I've seen them at Academy lately but have never heard of that brand before.

Yes they are Turkish made. Some pro/competition shooters say they are good as competition pistols that have been tricked out for cheaper price

 

Heard of them, seen a few, I think I have seen the brand elsewhere, but have ZERO info on construction, quality or reliability.

Turkish, affordable and supposedly pretty decent guns with (maybe) the best triggers out there. If you find one you like I wouldnt hesitate to buy it.
