I gots the blackstone and a gas grill in the backyard. Just made sure I got the extra propane tank switched out today.

 

I gotta talk him into it first.

 

That reminds me... some dumbass used most of the propane in the tank for a heater in the garage...

How old is it? I just had the fuel line from the oil tank to the boiler rerouted. It was buried under the crete…..





Bringing the fuel delivery system up to code. Can’t be buried in the floor

 

2001 model 84% efficiency Burnham all steel boiler. Previous owner had the oil company service it so it had too large of a nozzle and shut the air band low to burn rich. Had a retired plumber adjust the airband and I installed a smaller, more sized nozzle for the house.

But it does the furnace, hot water and gas dryer (omg clothes so toasty!) as well and I can hook my dual fuel generator to it in an emergency..
