And just picked up another new M18 XC5.0 for $50 on FB Marketplace. Next town over.
Wanted a second one for my 6 1/2" circular saw. That size is the perfect combination of power/weight for that saw IMO.

Be curious to see this one compared to the HF corded version

I'm a big Milwaukee fan, but having spent $30-40 on my HF version made it well worth the price

Only bad thing is, you've got a power cord

 

maybe it's a regional thing?

when i click the link, or go to the same page through the home depot menu's, the same tool/battery combo is $250.

 

It was a “special buy of the day” yesterday.

 

My husband 3D printed some battery holders for my work van. So much betterer than digging for them.

What do people think of the Wet/dry vac?

 

I just got the wet/dry vac a month ago. So far I think it is far superior to my corded version that I will be getting rid of!

 

We like it.

 

Just received a new M12 6.0 battery from Milwaukee. Recently sent one back that was purchased in 2022. Would only charge 1/2 way and would periodically flash red/green on the charger.

 

It's great for what it is. Small cleanups, doing a vehicle, etc. I have the M12 version and use it often, both personally and professionally. Just used it today on a commercial (medical building) job site. Attached some metal sliding shelves/drawers under a wooden shelf and created a little debris from pre-drilling. That tool shines in these situations. Would highly recommend using the available bags.

 

There are some one day deals at Home Depot today too, nothing I’ve been particularly waiting for, although I’ve been tempted by a mini chainsaw for prepping firewood while camping

Finally got around to organizing some drawers in the workbench I made over the holidays. Been converting over all my hand tools the last few years. I may have OCD issues.
