This. For sure you'll be over 20mpg.

Oh, there's no way the Ridgeline gets 34mpg. My wife's 1.5L CRV gets 34mpg.

Hey welcome to tacomaworld! Forgive the excess cynicism. A lot of good info and people here. Hope you stick around and learn and contribute lots!
The MPG issue is a big one as so many have pointed out. From my experience each mod seems to knock off a MPG. If you’re willing to put air dam back on, lower suspension, change to small light tires, remove excess weight, you’ll see small improvements add up nicely.

body on frame builds are not solely built for payload.
Did you get your speedometer recalibrated? If not, your MPG readout is incorrect (and lower than what the computer is telling you). Tunes do not do account for increased tire size. Need a tool like the Rough Country Speedometer Calibration harness.

have you ever seen a lifted Ridegeline? I haven't. You'd think someone would do it...

When I we purchased my wife's CRV they had some pretty good deals on the Ridgeline cause they're not selling. Could get under 40k.

I bought my 86 pickup new and have always averaged around 30mpg and it’s just a stock 2wd, my 09 4WD DC V6 averages around 20mpg, seems about right to me

running blackhawk 2.1 tune. also believe that the bigger tires helped lower cruising rpms at 100kmh which helped. manual trans trucks have significantly lower gearing in 6th gear than an automatic and on stock size tires rpms were quite high. also if your speedo hasnt been recalibrated then your actually getting better mpg than what your dash is telling. you can calculate how much by the % difference in tire diameter over stock. gps and measuring liters at the pump will be only 100% accurate reading tho

Yup my mistake. Was just discussing selling a vehicle with larger tires this morning and got it mixed up. Without adjustment, odometer technically reads less miles than traveled. Life hack!

If you can't handle people using the slow lane as it's intended, maybe you should stay off the freeway.

You are either too new to TW and have not learned stupid-smileys express sarcasm ... or you need to chill. People do get "vacations from posting" if they cannot restrain themselves.

Yup, I took a "vacation from posting" for posting a "tacky meme" in the meme thread. No tackyness allowed. Always remember: the janny's do it for free

I recently traded my Taco in, and the other day I looked at the dealers listing for it and it states "Great fuel economy! 22mpg!"

I laughed. Some poor sucker is going to get a surprise.

Ironically I've owned a Ridgeline and a several CRVs. I lifted both only by upsizing the tires, giving myself a whopping 1/2" lift. :)
