Lol I love the name. Yeah, we used to go-to a Nepalese restaurant in our area on more than a few occasions. I do remember this one time we were down in Benecia to pick up some truck parts and decided to find a place for lunch. Had the most incredible Manchurian cauliflower of my life at this little Indian place downtown. Nothing has ever compared and how the heck can they get the little hunks of cauliflower to taste that good? Magic.
