    Now you have me wondering. Some of my favorites are the simple roasted/grilled/seasoned dishes. There is a pan fried okra dish done with kaffir lime leafs…

    There is a place in Hammond, La that is a full buffet in a truck stop. It’s called Punjabi Dahba… which my Indian friends explain is the name for an “all in one” truck stop back home. For a US dollar you can be fed and happy ending… back on the road!
