    Sorry man, but they just don't do it for me. When people have turtles snakes and lizards, they get excited about them making an appearance or just moving in general. Like they lay there all day long and then they move a little and it's like "oh my gosh look at it's moving!" And then it goes right back to doing nothing.

    Each to their own for sure, I came off a little heavy saying they are dumb, they just are not for me. I'm also not a fan of the fact that you need to wash your hands each and every time you touch them. I love dogs. They are always happy to see you, they have their own personality, they are funny, and you can play with them and interact with them in ways that you cannot with reptiles.

    Where I worked before the Lady Researcher had a Madagascar Land Tortoise roam in’ around. Behaviour was similar to a cat. 60+ yo & just becoming breeding stock. I can kinda relate. :)

    Thought it was pretty cool photocopying them. That’s how they do the “fingerprints”. Got into fostering ever since.
