Does it look like I can run +20 offset wheels with this clearance?

Took some measurements. +20mm offset will bring the tire inward ~0.78 inches. It looks to me like there should be enough clearance on the UCA and all components.

Currently on 0 offset wheels (4.75 backspace) and 34x10.5-R17 tires. Trying to minimize scrub radius.

Want to run +20mm offset (5.28" backspace) wheels. The other option is go with +15mm 4Runner wheels to afford a little more space at the expense of a tiny bit more scrub radius.

Opinions? Any problems I am not foreseeing?

Turn your wheel full lock and see how close the tire gets to the frame. I ran 275/75R18 on +20 and I rubbed the front frame horn when at full lock.

Correction: I was running +30 wheels, not +20 so I was a bit closer to the frame than you should be.

For sure, I ran 265/75/R16 on +25 OR wheels no issues with the same lift. In my own real world measurements, my old Toyo AT3 265's ran about 0.25" less width than the 34x10.5's even though tire calculators say its only 0.08" difference.

The 5mm less offset in the +20mm wheels should make up this difference. I guess I should probably be concerned about tire radius like @airforceb2cc said. I will measure more at full lock for frame clearance.

As noted above i would be concerned about potential frame rub. It will likely clear the uca but there's other spots i would be concerned about.

    Where are you rubbing currently?

To wheel with 34" tires, it's typically recommended to weld on spindle gussets, which need max 4.75" backspacing, e g.

These "34s" actually measure much more like 33s. I measured a hair over 33" mounted @33psi and about 32.50"-32.75" on the truck. They are also a little lighter D load range, not E.

Currently rubbing a little on the cab mount and of course plastic up front. Not worried about the plastic but definitely the cab mount. I should gain about 0.4" more cab mount clearance by going with +20mm offset (according to Tinkerer's videos)

At full crank is looks like I may run into issues with the tire hitting the sway bar? Frame looks clear by a fair amount. 0 offset wheels currently:

Honestly unless your set on changing your wheels just get a cab mount chop and chape some plastics. I bet your going to run into other issues going that positive with the offset. It will likely be cheaper.

What's a swaybar? I'm suprised tp see any of those still bolted to these trucks. But I can see that being a point of concern.

Haha, yes I was just going down the sway bar delete rabbit hole. I have 730lb springs so from what I read that will greatly offset the extra roll without the sway bar.

I am not dead set, was just trying to avoid a cab mount chop if I could. I am thinking either go +15mm offset and hope for the best or just get the damn chop. Maybe I will just get one +20 wheel and then mount it and see. Decisions decisions.....

i ram 33x11.5s on stock +25 or wheels. clear with icon ucas but rubbed sway bar at full lock. dont believe it ever hit frame. switched to 35s at -38 later.

With that 33x.11.5 and +25 wheel setup did you rub the cab mount at all, especially off road?

nope. cleared with 3/4" wheel spacer aswell and also cleared sway bar for the most part. i went 2" spacer totaling -25 offset then done the cab mount chop. no lift during this time btw. now have c4 fab cmr.

Don't fear the chop as long as you can find a good reputable shop to do it. I put mine off for a long time but realized after the fact it was entirely worth it.
But if you have any desire to do a 35x12.5 just put the money into a cab mount relocate and skip the chop.

There's a $2k solution in the form of BTF LCAs. They move the lower ball joint forward about 3/4":

According to Dirt King, their spindle gussets work with factory wheels and factory backspacing. They said their gussets weld on behind the spindle, so you would be hitting the spindle first before the gussets if you had clearance issues.
