New radiator for my '16 SR5 4x4 @ 109k. Won't tell you how much that cost at Toyota. Did front and rear diff services at home, hoping to do T-case and install some 5100's out back this weekend.

Are you aware of any material differences in the value line vs factory replacements? Ex ceramic vs semi metallic, etc. I’ll be doing my fronts in the nearish future so it’s good to see this discussion ahead of time.

So are these mud flaps made from a flexible (rubber) material, or are they stiff plastic, like Rek Gen? The Tufskinz mud flap video is poorly lit, and the website doesn’t give any specifics.

I wasn't aware of the value line until recently.. lol
No I can not say one way or another on the OEM vs the value line, but there is a reason they are cheaper (and possible squeaking)... But I did look at one of the top of the line aftermarket pads - Akebono (AKE ACT976) and they are priced with the OEM Toyota pads, so I will probably go with the OEM Toyota pads whenever I have to replace them on my Taco and my daughters Corolla... I have not seen the invoice, but I would bet my brother went with the value line pads if offered from the dealer and now they squeak sometimes...

I bought a set for my front 2 years ago. One has almost cracked in 1/2 this winter. They are not made for the cold at all.

Updated the front camera from an old Amazon style to a new 1080p 170 degree view camera.
Mind you this is on an aftermarket c12 headunit.

For the first 9 or so months I owned my truck I did the MPG hand calculated math... It was within +/- .5 mpg of what the computer in my truck said every time. After that I quit doing math. It is what it is.

I can get 24-25 mpg if I try. I can get 17 mpg if I fly.

    So .

Some of the OEM pads are ceramic, some are semi metallic. My SR had semi metallic pads (the difference is that one set has a bevel on the ends and the other set is flat all the way down). The reason I know this is because I bought the exact replacement parts for my truck (semi metallic beveled pads). My son bought a kit (flat ceramic pads with some high temp grease). He has an SR as well. Same truck different parts, same result. We can both stop without having to press the pedal too far now.

We have had a little snowfall here in the last week and the road crews have been going crazy spreading salt, brine, and whatever else they put on the pavement to destroy vehicles as well as the freshly re-paved road system they have been laying down here for the past 5 years. 6 inches of snow and you would think we're preparing for a blizzard. Everything around here is white with salt.

Went to Kar Kleen to get the DIY HOT water rinse. The nozzle is flexible so it makes it easy to spray the underside without having to lay down in puddles. $4 for 6 mins. of high pressure hot water to help keep my undercarriage rust free and to turn my white truck black again. No sense in washing anything until the spring. Just get that salty mess off for now.

I'll be under this thing come spring to see how well the Mavcoat has done to protect to underbelly of my rig. So far it's been good , but we haven't seen a lot of snow since I purchased this truck.

No experience but it depends on what your looking for.... These look like replacements for the inner fender liners:
    ark-splash-gaurds-tacoma-inner-fender-liners-tt33727.TT33727.jpg

The mud flaps are a waste of money. I have no fender flares and somewhat aggressive negative offset, so I had to purchase mudflaps to protect my paint. The Plasticolor ones are like $20 and work totally fine and don't interfere when offroadiing. You can cut em any way you desire. Here's a couple of quick pics:
    20200818_183230.jpg
    20200808_164120.jpg

Check out my build thread if your curious about these... Low profile mudflaps have a place, but $120 for a set is ridiculous.

Yes. A set of OEM replacement semi metallic pads ran me about $67 in the late summer

My son spent $80 for his ceramic OEM replacement pad kit from a local Toyota dealership as well.
