I gave my son the handheld boafeng dealio and drove an away a bit and was crystal clear. We have comms!!! :woot:

Further investigation found some melted wires. She was running fine with no issues :facepalm:

    Got her all fixed up a cpl weeks ago. Cleaned a bunch of wires, repaired/soldered the damaged ones and wrapped her up. Put some miles on her around town but she’s ready to go eat!!!!

    He moved some stuff around in firewall and needed to modify bracket of pedal for it to work properly. These are the lil things no one will ever normally see.
