Just got back from my Neurologist doctor's appointment at the Nashville VA . My Parkinson’s disease hasn't changed any but my doctor told me that my upper body strength is weaker than last visit

I also told her that I'm noticing more tremors in my left leg and left arm . She is going to authorize more physical therapy designed for Parkinson's disease patients and also approve getting some occupational therapy

    TOTAL GEEZER MOVE!
So I bought fender flares. I should've researched it more. I don't have e clips on my SR5.

    DOH!
So I think I can figure out something to attach them. Rigggght.
    I then find this.

2 right rears. I promised myself I would stay away from the dispensary. Think I'll go for a bike ride.

Samaritans Purse has done a lot of work in NC / TN after the hurricane. They also do a ton of work all around the world. Also Cajun Navy is another one that has done a lot of help. Yes, way too many scammers out there

Hanging in there.... Getting older. Still on the right side of the dirt. Giz is Giz. Still her silly self.... "we" busted my old glasses yesterday :angrygirl: when playing in the yard yesterday.... How's things down your way??

Good morning all. Doing inventory currently at work, figured I'd try to get an early start before someone does something stupid and creates more work for me. :pccoffee:

    What, No GSM? :)

Looks great and browned up nicely over the coals.

@US Marine In my prayers Chuck. the extra therapy help to keep you in decent shape.

Good morning. Busy day today with music lessons and visiting my cousin. My wife and I are finally without colds and are able to visit her today.

29°F dry. PickleyBall AM. First time ever hit it the lip HARD with a ball Monday. Cut my lip but no excessive bleeding. I think I done dried up!! Hahahhaha I didn't cry, there were girls there. Hahahaha ok sorry. ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION. Japanese lady hit in eye two years ago, detached retina!

Speaking of tough stuff, Ms. Drill Sargent Pump Class had us doing one armed rows 12-10-8 reps from pike position yesterday. Awesome. Sure. Yoga class was packed yesterday, lots of January newbies. 4 guys in there, wife next to me, so there is that. (Wife doesn't do the pump class) They both were focused on balance and core strength and stability.

Last night men's group, the story of Rahab. Great group of guys at our round table of 8 (over 100 guys total)

Today, last day before we get doggo. A little excited.

    And come on spring!!

Good Wednesday Morning Folks On the Porch:hattip:.

Don't miss any of the cold weather that you up North are getting. My back is finally starting to feel almost normal from the warm temperatures. Arthritis loves the heat. Now I understand why seniors head to warmer
climates when they have arthritis .

Hope you all have a great day and be safe :fistbump:

    Good morning,
From sunny (and smoky) Southern California.
No smoke where I am in San Diego County (yet) but fingers are crossed. Our power supplier shuts of the electricity in high wind zones with power lines overhead. They were sued big time for the last big fire in the county... and the rates went up, of course. Now, we get alerts of areas where the power will go off.
So far, no power outages here. The winds yesterday with this new round of 'Santa Anas' were not strong and not all day.

I am up earlier than usual (5:30 am) due to sciatica pain... I have phone appointment with my neurologist to discuss my upcoming surgery to remove the cyst irritating the nerve (at L5-S1). Last January, I had my first surgery to remove a cyst growing from my L4-L5 disc, doing the same thing. It was 100% successful. Six months later, new sciatic pain (same right side hip & leg) began, but was different than the first.

    Getting Old Sucks!!!
    Bye for now...

    Morning all:

-1, -3, 6, 11, 15, predicted low morning temps for next week, BURRRR!
They say that 0 deg. on the East coast is the equivalent of -35 in the central states due to humidity, make that double BURRRR!
