Armorlite washout floor coming for Tacoma

Had to gut out my interior after both cabin pressure vents in my ‘17 started leaking and molding out my carpet and sub floor.

needing to be able to order this asap so I can stop hearing every insect and pebble I hit please release this soon.

 

I see on the website there will be two options: With Bin and Without Bin. Based on the pictures am I right in thinking the With Bin option is for access cabs and Without Bin option is for DCs?

@Armorlite_Kail would the flooring be compatible with additional sound proofing matting? Haven’t seen this concern brought up.

My reasoning would be if all flooring is being removed this would be the time to do the sound proofing.

I do see that sound level testing is part of manufacturing test. Would additional sound matting make a difference?

 

I’ve been wondering how many harnesses I have going through where the drain holes are gonna be.

feeling the same here, carpet needs a clean but with this coming out...

 

I’m gonna wire an amp and speaker for behind the backseat prolly this week. Don’t even feel like sending the wires under the carpet in the backseat.

 

I suspect they won't offer a version for access cabs. With bin and without bin options are mentioned in the OP: "And we will offer it for those that have or don't have the rear storage compartment."

Not sure if the flooring could be cut to achieve an acceptable fit in access cabs

 

I got sound mat sitting in the garage waiting to be installed, don't even want to consider installing it until this comes out

 

I just did my doors and back cab panel, I have some bits sitting around to finish the floor behind the back seat. Waiting to see how much it’s gonna fill out.

Will this have a version that doesn't have all the cutouts for those yotas that don't have rear jump seats in an access cab? Thanks!!

 

About to hit the end of month six since the original post. Any updates op?

 

Sadly I think this has been put on the backburner. Was really looking forward to getting one installed before getting a rear seat delete.
