This request is not "BS", but many come in here so I can get responses.

My nephew married back in 2023, and I have this beautiful block if zebrawood I am inspired to use. I want to router a pocket in the front and epoxy in the remembrance they handed out at the wedding (candies are folded into the petals) and route/epoxy the wedding invitation in the back surface.

Does anyone have a laser-etch to put the wedding date on the front border of the wood? Does anyone have a preferred "deep pour epoxy"?

Plus the market basically stagnated at the same price as when rates went up... that tells me any rate drop is going to be that appreciation you're talking about and way more competition in the market. IMO it's smart to buy in a slow market with a higher rate if you have the funds because you can always refi later.

I woukd agree. In a slower market less chances of getting in bidding war driving the price up also.

Man, I wish there was a bidding war when I sold my Gilbert house last Nov...it sold too quick for that to happen :(

Still have our rental in Mesa, so maybe when [if] we decide to sell that one...

Could rent it out in the meantime too to ease the sting.

Or… offer it up as an official AZTW clubhouse!!

He’s done some one off stuff on mine, but nothing off the shelf yet. Tried talking him in to UCAs for ours, since he makes em for 05+, that could still happen. Their work is first class!

The base in Phoenix have decent atmosphere/solid place to be?

Everyone I've talked to here in Reno loves the base, but its a very small base.

Just not excited about the job I've got lined up so exploring .mil and Guard you have to enlist before can move to Officer positions. And reserve for 6 years is easy enough to get those benefits If I do end up liking my job.

Papago Park Military Reservation is awesome. The Arizona guard is awesome. And there is full time opportunities. Heck there’s full time Nevada national guard job options in Reno too.

Arizona has aviation and infantry tho. I can link you up with a top notch recruiter if you want to PM me. No pressure man. I’ve been doing this for like 22 years so I have a bit of an idea
