They were my favorite wheel. I shoulda powdered them though, salt air here ate 'em. I'd like to give another set a go.

This made me go look at my Craigslist account to see what is the longest thing I had listed. It's a set of 4 Yakima locks. Listed for $40. Almost 8 years

If I see anything over 2 years I just assume it doesn't exist anymore
    >1 year and its a long shot that I'd even hear back, but they're not getting more than 20% of list haha

For me it was the "They will sell when they sell"

I've had some stuff up for awhile and would rather have tossed that shit away than accept a lowball offer

The shopfox guy left me on read this morning trying to schedule a meeting
Looking like I might've been too slow, wasted time last night waiting on him to answer dumb questions like does it work

I've emailed for stuff thats been up for two years and asked if its still available, the best is when you get the, "It says if the ad is up then its still available," response. Like I'm the weirdo for asking.

    Hard to imagine it doesn't.

If it runs, it's all you need. Everything else can be done at home since they're stupid simple.

At that price you never know
Was poking around, they're $700 new on Amazon and someone has one listed on FB for $500 right now

Good to know it would still be a score if it has some issues though

It's from China though, and probably the same manufacturer as the HF model at less than half the price :boink:

Shipping weight is within 3lbs even.

I'm seeing made in *Taiwan* which must mean its an incredibly high quality product

But yeah from what I've found they're made in the same factory as HF and Grizzly products

What we basically told you yesterday :luvya:

Same for many drill presses and many other items.

That new variable style drill press at HF was sold for awhile under the "Wen" brand, as well as a few other names like Grizzly and several others.

What's funny is that it costs more as a Bauer product now than the other names.

Make sure they're Toyota steelies though. Lots of Ford steelies from Rangers and Broncos popping up now. They're the same bolt pattern but a smaller hub bore so they won't fit.

That looks like a Toyota-size hub bore in the picture. If they FJ takeoffs $200 seems like a decent price. There's a set listed near-ish to here for $400.

It's nice though having multiple options cause sometimes the same model (under a different name) will be up to $100 cheaper even.
